Think about it:

  • That quick email you write five times a week

  • The response to “Do you take insurance?”

  • The intake instructions you copy and paste every time


All of these tasks eat up more time and mental energy than you realize.



A 10-Minute Tweak You Can Try Today


Open a Google Doc, or use your EHR’s template feature, and create a folder called “Quick Replies.”


Then, paste in 3–5 responses you find yourself writing over and over again.


Need inspiration? Try these:

  • Initial consult response

  • No-show follow-up

  • Therapy inquiry for out-of-network clients

  • New client welcome message

  • End-of-therapy thank-you or discharge email


You don’t need anything fancy, just copy what you’ve already written once and save it.
