
Our Story
In 2021, Jessica (Founder and CEO) found herself in a major life transition, moving with her family from Los Angeles to Philadelphia. With a passion for organization and administration, she found a need for her skills within the mental health field. In the midst of a cross country move, Mindful Admins was born with our first client.

Over the last few years, Mindful Admins has grown into what it is today. A fully remote, administrative company specializing in supporting mental health professionals. With services ranging from intake management, general administrative work to social media and digital marketing, your practice is in great hands.

Jessica has always had a calling to help others and has found this industry to be extremely fulfilling as she serves her clients and her admins. She is proud to have a fully women-run company with all admins being either students or parents (and a few parents who are also students). Giving her staff the opportunity to study or raise their families while working.
