Jessica Kryzer
Founder & CEO
Jessica founded Mindful Admins in 2021, right after making a big cross-country move from California to Pennsylvania! Since then, she has grown Mindful into an incredible company filled with strong, dedicated individuals. A key driver for Jessica is providing flexible job opportunities to parents, students, and others, as she knows firsthand the importance of balancing personal life while maintaining a professional presence. When she’s not building her business, Jessica loves to travel, stay active, and spend quality time with her husband and kids!

Rita Martin
Director of Operations and Training
Rita lives in southern California with her husband and son. She has a background in photography, sales, marketing, and admin work. She has her bachelors degree in sociology and is currently in a social work masters program with the intent to become a therapist focusing on maternal mental health. Rita was one of the first admins to join Mindful Admins and has loved working closely with Jessica and the entire team and watching the company grow. Rita loves to spend her free time with her family, hiking, camping, and going to yoga. A simple pleasure that she enjoys is reading a good book and has a yearly goal of reading 18-20 books.

Hillary Cunin
Account Manager - West
Hillary lives and works in Los Angeles, where, in recent years, her passion for character studies as a professional screenwriter has extended to a real-world enthusiasm for cultivating mental health. She comes to Mindful with years of administrative experience in the film and TV industry as well as previous hospital volunteer experience (which may or may not have been inspired by a particularly intense Grey's Anatomy binge!) She looks forward to fostering collaborative and supportive relationships with her therapist clients as someone who deeply respects, and has benefited from, therapeutic work.

Jessie Kennedy
Account Manager - Central
Jessie resides in East Tennessee with her son, daughter, miniature dachshund, and German shepherd. She has a background in social work, sales, marketing, real estate, and admin work. In her free time, she finds solace in the beauty of nature through gardening and hiking. She also enjoys exploring local boutiques and coffee shops, immersing herself in the vibrant culture around her.

Elena Delhagen
Account Manager - Central
My name is Elena, and I live in NY with my husband, our two kids, and our two furbabies. I specialize in client relations, copywriting, calendaring and scheduling, and my favorite organizational tool is Asana. I love reading, writing, being outside, baking, and spending time with my family. My favorite color is yellow, my go-to coffee order is a caramel latte with oatmilk, and my favorite food is pizza.

Malarie Doyle
Account Manager - East
Malarie lives just outside of Philadelphia, PA with her 2 children and husband. She has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Malarie has 10+ years of recruiting, account management and corporate training experience in behavioral health. Malarie was one of the first admins to join Mindful Admins. She appreciates the flexibility of being able to be there for my family while also helping to provide financially. When she gets a break in her children’s sports schedules, you can find her skiing the Pocono Mountains in the colder months and beach bumming at the Jersey shore in the warmer months.

Peggy Courtney
Billing Manager
Peggy has been a behavioral health medical biller and practice manager for the past three years. Prior to that, she worked in banking, pharmaceuticals, and for several non-profits. Peggy is enthusiastic about medical billing and brings her expertise to all aspects of behavioral health practices. Peggy resides in Tennessee with her husband and mini goldendoodle. In her free time she enjoys pickleball and hiking.

Laura Carey
Account Manager - Marketing
Meet Laura! Laura is excited to bring creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving to the team. She has a diverse background in education, advocacy, and marketing, which allows her to offer a well-rounded approach to marketing support and project management for our clients. Outside of work, she is an avid photographer and enjoys boating, singing, spending time with family & friends, and backyard gardening.

Adam Kryzer
Creative Director
Adam is a former Assistant Director of Marketing for The Gottman Institute. He brings a wealth of mental health and relationship wellness expertise to his creative work. With over a decade of experience as an art director and photographer, Adam has made a significant impact in the creative industries by working with brands from Anthropologie to Nike. In addition to providing creative services for our clients, Adam will also be stepping in to support Mindful Admins’ brand and vision, helping us continue to elevate our presence and impact.

Andrea Chiba
Recruiting Specialist
Hi, I'm Andrea! I live in Austin, TX with my wonderful husband, beautiful teenage son, and three cats who rule the house. After earning my degree in Textiles and Apparel from The University of Texas Austin, I spent many years in the tech industry as a recruiter, helping to build and scale engineering teams. I’m excited to follow my heart into mental health and wellness work, where I can serve others in a more meaningful way. As a Reiki Master and Sound practitioner, I love helping people find their center and feel more grounded. I also teach beginning sewing classes and I'm working on a small made-to-order clothing line using naturally-dyed fabrics. When I'm not working, you'll find me attempting to stick to a consistent running routine or fumbling through ukulele lessons. I believe in a service-oriented, people-centered approach, and enjoy collaborating to foster mindful solutions and drive impactful change. Regards, Andrea

Dayne is from Dallas, Texas and has her Master's of Science in Psychology from Texas Tech Alumni. In her free time she enjoy's reading, doing make-up, analyzing song lyrics, and playing pickleball with her husband! She also loves being on the worship team at my church. Dayne said, "Mostly, I enjoy being a wife and a mom to my 5 kids ranging from 5 months to 17 years old!

Jackie LaTourette

Jackie recently relocated to Nashville, TN, with her husband, two children, and their adorable Australian Labradoodle. Jackie's background is in outside medical sales and account management. When she's not busy cheering on her kids at their various activities or volunteering at school, you can find her on the tennis court! Jackie is excited to join the Mindful Admins team and is eager to start working with our clients!

Hello! My name is Jillian, I live in Texas with my husband. We have two dogs and a 2 month old little boy. My background is in office administration and payroll tax. I am working on a degree in Organizational Leadership. In my free time I love to spend time going to explore new thrift stores or trying out new coffee shops with my sisters. When I’m not with them you can catch me curled up reading a good book.

Katie Thornton

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. I am from the Philadelphia area and a married mom of three boys. In my earlier years I worked in the food service industry, which I credit to my love for interacting with people. I would consider myself to be a true “people’s person”. The food industry taught me so much in regards to maintaining a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with patrons as well as responding quickly and affirmatively to their needs. In fact, I am currently still involved in the business by supporting our family-owned restaurant. My love for helping people brought me to BYBS, where I now serve as the Client Care Manager. This means I support all new and current clients in the practice. So whether it is helping you schedule appointments, assisting you with billing questions, or any other needs that you have, I am here and ready to support you in your healing journey! In my free time you will find me at all my sons' multiple sporting events, volunteering at their school, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. My true love, besides my family, is being at the beach in Sea Isle City, New Jersey every summer. I have been going there since my childhood and it gives me a true sense of peace and happiness. I have always been a firm believer in the power of therapy and the importance of self-growth and self-worth. Kimberly lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and their one-year-old son. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Healthcare Administration from Texas State University. When she’s not balancing work and life as a stay-at-home mom, Kimberly enjoys diving into a good book, exploring local trails on her bike, and expressing her creativity through hand embroidery.

Hi! My name is Kristin. I grew up in New Jersey, but have lived in Franklin, TN with my husband and our three daughters for the last 18 years. My background is being a transcriptionist, proofreader, and executive assistant. When I am not working, I am often doing things with my family, such as attending concerts, going on long hikes/walks, playing trivia games, or being entertained by our three cats, which were foster fails. We've cared for them since they were two weeks old! I look forward to serving my Mindful Admin clients and their patients!

Lauren Johnson lives in Nashville, TN and is a mostly a stay at home mom to two boys. She has a background in construction management and mechanical engineering. When she's not working or being a full time mom, Lauren loves a DIY project, interior design and photography!

Maggie is a Texas native currently living near Austin. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Her professional background includes experience in dispatch, administrative roles, and personal assisting. Maggie prides herself on being highly organized and is always eager to help others in any way she can. When she’s not working or volunteering, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and chasing around their young daughter.

McKenna Mollet

McKenna lives in Upstate South Carolina (Greenville) with her husband Dan, daughter Margot (1), and goldendoodle Finn! She loves being able to be a full time mom while also utilizing her background in marketing and social media to serve her Mindful Admins clients and their patients! In her spare time, McKenna loves trying new coffee shops with her family, taking on a new home project, and all things interior design!

Hello! I'm Monica and I live in Southern California with my husband, two kids and two dogs. My background is in teaching, property management/investments and health & wellness. I have a bachelors degree in sociology, with a minor in developmental psychology and currently building our own business ventures with my husband. My free time is spent doing whatever my kids want, photography, and as many new experiences as I can have. My greatest joy is helping others.

I reside in Washington state with my son, daughter and two cats. Prior to Mindful I worked as a criminal defense paralegal. I partner with two nonprofit organizations (one which I am on the board of) to create community events for children on the spectrum. In my spare time I like to relax by baking and listening to podcasts.

Vanessa lives in Northern California near Mount Shasta with her husband, toddler, and cat. She holds a degree in Music and has a background in caregiving, pharmacy, and teaching. Drawing from 17 years of classical music study, she brings a sense of compassion, focus, and organization to every task. Having witnessed firsthand the life-changing impact of therapy, Vanessa is passionate about supporting therapists and helping their practices thrive. In her free time, she enjoys playing Chopin, spending time with her family, and reading fantasy novels while the mountains stand quietly outside.

Amy is based in Austin, Texas, and brings a diverse background in digital marketing, project management, and licensed hairstyling. She’s worked with small businesses across various industries as a freelance digital marketing manager and with larger companies as a team lead for tech-based projects. With a minor in studio art painting and a cosmetology license, Amy blends creativity with a client-centered approach in every project she takes on. Outside of work, she’s a proud cat and dog mom who enjoys gardening, reading, and experimenting with new recipes. She brings creativity, organization, and mindfulness to every practice she supports!

Hi, I’m Cynthia! I live in Austin, TX. My background spans from medicine to operational excellence to creative freelance work. In my freelance career, I've spent over a decade as a photographer, content creator, and graphic designer for small businesses. I’m passionate about bringing my clients knowledge and ideas to life! I’m so happy to be creating social media content for our Mindful Admins clients. I’m a dog mom, plant and crystal lover.
