Book an intro call with Jessica and receive the Mindful Admins Services Guide to streamline the conversation. A 30-minute introduction meeting is an opportunity for you to meet with Jessica, Founder & CEO of Mindful Admins, to share more about the administrative and/or creative services you need and how we can support your business. Based on your location and needs, Mindful Admins will find the best Admin(s) to work with you.
Can I Meet My Admin Before Committing To Anything?
Absolutely! Usually the introduction meeting is just with Jessica and one of our managers. If you would like to meet a potential admin to work with, the Mindful team would work internally after the intro meeting to identify the best admin for your practice, then we would work with you to schedule a meet and greet.
Do I Have To Buy Packages Of Hours?
Nope! Our team keeps track of the time spent working for your practice and it is billed to the minute.
What Can I Expect From An Onboarding Call?
The call involves discussing expectations, details of responsibilities and what the first few weeks will look like. During this call, the Administrative Support Specialist will get logged into all systems, including EHR, email, phone etc.
Do I Have To Say Yes Right Away?
Not necessarily! We are here to support you. Sometimes, clients are ready to get started right away. Or we will put together a proposal so you can have all the information right in front of you while you make your decision.
Do You Offer Month-To-Month Contracts?
Yes, all of our contracts are month-to-month! After deciding to move forward with Mindful Admins we will prepare a month-to-month contract and Business Associates Agreement to sign. Once this is signed you have secured your spot and your Admin!
How Do You Decide Who Will Be My Admin?
We take a personalized approach and consider a variety of items before setting up the meet and great with your potential Admin! These include: your practice’s areas of expertise, what services you're looking for, your location (specifically timezone!), and number of hours per week you are looking for.
If I Am A Current Client Can I Add Additional Services?
Absolutely! Your Account Manager will be able to answer questions about adding on additional services.
