Take 10 minutes to check in on your Google Business Profile. A few small updates can go a long way in improving visibility, trust, and local referrals.

Here’s a quick checklist to guide you:

1. Is your address pin accurate?

Open Google Maps and search for your practice name.

Make sure the pin is landing exactly where clients should arrive. Even a small pin error can cause confusion or missed appointments.

2. Is your phone number correct?

Confirm the phone number listed is the one you want clients to use, and that it’s actively monitored. This is often the first place clients try to reach you.

3. Are your hours up to date?

Double-check office hours, holiday closures, and any seasonal changes so clients know when to expect a response.

4. Do you have recent reviews?

Reviews help build trust before a client ever reaches out.

If appropriate, consider asking trusted colleagues or professional partners (not current clients) to leave a review reflecting their experience working with you.

5. Is your profile complete?

A short, clear description of your services and specialties helps the right clients find you faster.

These small updates help your practice show up clearly, accurately, and professionally before you ever send an email or pick up the phone.

This week, choose just one item to check off the list. Little steps like these make it easier for both you and the people seeking support.
