Exciting Structural Changes at Mindful Admins!

As we continue to grow, our primary goal remains to ensure that both our admins and the practices they support receive the best possible attention and resources.


One key change is that Jessica, our CEO,  will be transitioning to focus on business development, while our new Director of Operations and Training, Rita Martin, will oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service delivery. Additionally, we welcome three new Account Managers to provide more timely, personalized support and a new Creative Director.


These changes will enable us to respond more effectively to our practice’s needs and ensure they continue receiving the highest level of care. 


Rita Martin, Director of Operations and Training


As Director of Operations and Training, Rita ensures service quality and a well-supported team. She oversees training programs and supports Account Managers. Rita, one of our first admins, has shown expertise in EHR systems and has been vital in training for intake calls and onboarding new team members. Her leadership is essential in providing top-level care to both our admins and the practices they support as we continue to grow.


Account Managers


Our account managers will be the primary point of contact for our practices..


The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Administrative Support Specialists and supporting client accounts within their regions. Their key responsibilities include:


  • Team Support and Motivation: The Account Manager inspires and motivates our team members, providing the guidance they need to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service.

  • Client Account Management: Ensuring that practice needs are met promptly and effectively.

  • Training and Development: The Account Manager plays a crucial role in training new Administrative Support Specialists, helping them integrate smoothly into our processes. They also provide ad hoc training to ensure our team is equipped with the best practices for your support.

Introducing Adam Kryzer, Creative Director

We are excited to introduce Adam Kryzer, former Assistant Director of Marketing for The Gottman Institute. He brings a wealth of mental health and relationship wellness expertise to his creative work. With over a decade of experience as an art director and photographer, Adam has made a significant impact in the creative industries by collaborating with brands like Anthropologie and PacSun. In addition to providing creative services for our clients, Adam will also be stepping in to support Mindful Admins’ brand and vision, helping us continue to elevate our presence and impact.


We are excited about this new chapter and look forward to continuing to support our practices with even greater dedication!
